Soybeans are soaked in clean water.
Under pressure, soy milk and okara (soy pulp) are separated.
The soy milk is heated to kill bacteria and transferred into a tank.
16 strains of lactobacilli are divided into 4 groups and placed into the soy milk for fermentation.
The liquid, rich with lactobacilli and their secretions, is aged for 365 days.
After primary fermentation, the 4 groups of lactobacilli are combined, placed into fresh soy milk, and fermented again.
Lactobacilli undergo prolonged decomposition. The extract also contains the cellular material of the lactobacilli.
Secreted products of the lactobacilli are extracted, providing a high-quality material.
The final product is bottled and prepared for distribution.
